To ensure you get a 5 star experience here are a few of our rules and regulation.
- Touched Therapists as well as clients are 100% able to end the session early if made to feel uncomfortable.
- WE DO NOT OFFER PRENATAL MASSAGES AT THIS TIME!
- Touched is no cell phone zone please silence your phone once you have entered the spa.
- Clients are required to arrive 15 mins before start time for intake. Your Appointment starts at its scheduled time no extra time will be given for late clients!
- If you need to cancel or reschedule please be sure to do so 72 hrs in advance or you will be charged a cancellation fee!
- All sales are final no refund will be issued after appointment is complete!
- All prepaid appointments expire after 30days!
- 5 mins after your appointment start time you will be charged a no show fee!
